Delegation is the key to achieving more. <P>
 In ministry this is essential that you delegate lots and often so that things get done and you don’t end up getting burnt out. <P>
As simple as it sounds many people do not do it because they say it is easier to do it themselves. There is an element of risk that someonemight not do what you wanted but it is a risk worth taking and it is this risk that often puts people off. <P>
But the key is to hand it over to them, have some input on direction but leave the rest to them. <P>
If they make mistakes they will learn from them. <P>
So go on, look at what you are doing and see what parts of it you can delegate to others. <P>
A good way to do this is to write down all the things you do in a week and note next to each how much input you have in each, which could you delegate. <P>
I have yet to find someone that can’t delegate something.
