Give everyone a paper bag that is big enough to put on their head hat style. <P>

On the whistle everyone has to run around trying to scalp other people by stealing the bag off their head whilst keeping their own in tact.  <P>

If a person loses their bag the are out of the game. <P>
Â
The winner is the person who has the most scalps at the end of the game or the last remaining person. <P>
Â
Another version of this is a piece of cloth hanging out the back of their trousers althouth the paper bags are much more amusing.
