Freedom Writers (MTV 12)
Have just cauht up with ths film and it is superb. Based on the true story o a teacher in America who is determined to make a difference to th class everyone else has written off.
The film is by Hilary Swank and is based on The Freedom Writers Diary.Â
The whole film needs to be watched and would be great as session with discussion afterwards. It tackles racism, motivation, how one person can make a difference and loads more. There are loads of useful clip but in my opinion it really would be a waste to not show it all.
