Organise a Ball.

Yes that is me with my hands on my head at a ball organised for Prospex who I work for playing heads and tails.

This is an ambitious fundraiser that needs a team on board and you can do small scale or large scale.

For a successful ball you need a nice location, good food, good music and a few other things to make it memorable.

The one above was held in the Savoy (London) and organised for Prospex. Because of its grandeur and who the target audience was tickets sold at £100 a head (ours were free). That said you can do smaller scale.

We had a live band, several celebrities and an auction. It was an amazing night and an incredible experience.

It took a team months of planning but raised around £40 000 so was well worth the effort. But a ball on a smaller scale, so not quite so scary to arrange etc can still raise good funds I was involved in one held in a school with food brought in by volunteers that raised £5.500 so well worth it and still a great night.

So why not give it a go. There are even people that do this for a living who you pay but guarentee a return greater than that spent.
