Prop Quiz.

We recently used this and it went down a storm.

The teams had to run to a central spot and give the answer when there.

The quizz is to guess the name of the group or band by the props brought out o­n stage.

Below are the o­nes we used but get creative and do some others as well.

Sing It

You will need a flip chart with the name of a band, group or artist written o­n each page. <P>

Split each team in half, half the team stand o­ne end of the room the other half the other end facing each other. <P>

Behind o­ne half place the flip chart so o­nly the team opposite can see what is written o­n it. <P>

Who am I?

Stick up the names of different Religions around the room, ask questions and they must vote with their feet and go a stand by who they think it is. <P>

When they are there give them chance to change their minds if hey want to.  <P>

Award tokens to those who get it right and give a prize to the person with the most. <P>

National Anthems

Get hold of a National Anthems CD most libraries will have o­ne and do a quizz of the tunes so they have to guess the country. <P>

It amazed us how much the young people were into this and they stood to attention, saluted and sang along with those they knew. <P>

It was a great start to an evening looking at world issues. <P>

Unusual Laws

1: Juliar Caesar passed a law, which banned all wheeled vehicles from Rome during daylight hours. (True) <P>

2: Duelling is still legal in Paraguay as long as both people are registered blood donors. (True). <P>

3: In Scotland it is illegal to be drunk in charge of a Pig. (False but it is if incharge of a cow).  <P>

Head; Knees: Feet!

Take photos of all your leaders heads, knees and feet. <P>

It involves people wearing shorts and taking their socks off! <P>

When you have all the photos jumble them up and number them all. <P>

The task is to correctly match the knees and feet to the right head. <P>

Be warned you get some strange combinations. <P>

This goes down a storm.

Values Quiz

You can do this in o­ne or two ways either get pictures of various products and mount them around the wall or have the real things to hold up.  <P>

I prefer the second option but it depends o­n time and space. <P>

For each item ask them what they think the item is worth in money, usefulness, attractive or not, and if they love or hate it. <P>
