I am a great believer in that if you give young people the opportunities to lead they can often excel, stun and amaze us. <P>
God can clearly speak through them if we are willing to take a risk. This technique has got young people into their Bibles and excited them as they have discovered God’s word speaking to them. <P>
A couple of weeks before the session takes place give them a passage and set the challenge that they are going to lead the talk on a given night. <P>
Encourage them to study the passage and commit to communicating to the group what God has said to them through it. <P>
